macOS Setup
- Open System Settings.
- Go to Printers & Scanners.
- Click Add Printer.
- Select IP tab.
- Enter the IP from the list.
- Select LPD as Protocol.
- Queue: leave empty.
- Name: enter school name.
- Click Select Software.
- Search ff → choose FF Print Driver for Mac OS X 2.6.
- Click Add.
- Click OK when prompted.
Repeat for each printer you wish to add.
If away from school network, click Skip when it times out.
Papercut Hive Printer Setup
- Search Outlook for Papercut Hive.
- Click Get Started.
- If error, retry.
- If expired → Request new invite.
- Download Hive app → open → install.
Troubleshooting
- Admin access required — otherwise contact ITSupport.
- Run installers from Downloads.
